Educational Programs
Our educators are committed to providing a developmental and educational program that caters to each child’s individual needs, abilities and interests. Educators provide an intentional, play-based pedagogy that is designed to be stimulating, challenging and inclusive. Our educational leader works with educators to ensure each child’s knowledge, ideas, culture, abilities and interests are incorporated and extended upon. We value children and family input into the program and encourage family involvement to gather a comprehensive and holistic view of the child.
Children are encouraged to be responsible for their learning through choices in experiences, interests and routine. We know that children learn effectively through play and our educators diligently respond to each child, providing the necessary support. Applying strong intentional teaching practices provides the children with an authentic and meaningful learning environment that challenges, supports and nurtures a child’s development.
“The wider the range of possibilities we offer children, the more intense will be their motivations, and the richer their experiences.”

Belonging, Being & Becoming
We understand the importance of nurturing your child's development, and that's why we're thrilled to introduce you to the framework of Belonging, Being, and Becoming. This framework is at the heart of our approach to early childhood education.
Belonging: Our foundation lies in fostering connections and interdependence. Your child's journey is intricately woven with their families, communities, and relationships, all of which play a pivotal role in shaping their unique identity.
Being: We recognise the power of the present moment in your child's life. Through Being, we empower them to explore their sense of self, build meaningful relationships, and navigate the beautiful complexities that life offers.
Becoming: Childhood is a dynamic phase of growth, and in the process of Becoming, your child's identity, knowledge, and skills flourish. Every experience and interaction contributes to their evolving journey, preparing them to actively participate in the world around them.
Together, these three pillars - Belonging, Being, and Becoming - form a powerful framework that guides your child's growth, creating a nurturing environment where they can truly flourish. We're here to embark on this incredible journey with your family, supporting and witnessing each beautiful moment of your child's development.
Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
My Time, Our Place (MTOP)
The Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) was developed to ensure all children in early childhood education and care settings across Australia, experience quality teaching and learning through play-based, holistic learning. The EYLF is made up of learning outcomes, principles and practices which educators use in their documentation of children’s learning and in their reflection and planning.
My Time, Our Place (MTOP) extends upon the outcomes, principles and practices of the EYLF and assists educators to continue to enrich school aged children’s wellbeing and development through play and leisure.
Art
Art is important for children especially during their early development. Arts and crafts improve motor skills like gross motor skills, fine motor skills, and hand-eye coordination. Art also improves creativity and craftsmanship, as children learn to be original, imaginative, and encourages them to express themselves and leads them to discover their favorite art medium.
Music
Exposing children to music during early development helps them learn the sounds and meanings of words. Dancing to music helps children build motor skills while allowing them to practice self-expression. For children and adults, music helps strengthen memory skills. It can get them moving, thinking and inspire creativity.
Movement
Movement and physical activity helps improve confidence and self-esteem and develops healthier social, cognitive, and emotional skills. It also builds strength, concentration, and coordination. It is an important part of play and learning too, and help children develop skills such as cognitive growth, problem-solving, self-expression and social development.
Fun & Creativity
Language
Language allows children to identify and communicate feelings, needs and emotions, with parents, educators and other children. Comprehension, understanding and interpretation of language—both oral and written—provide the foundation for lifelong learning.
Mathematics
Developing numeracy skills early gives children an important foundation for their learning and development. It helps prepare them for daily life, including general problem-solving and handling money. Maths includes noticing numbers, shapes, patterns, size, time and measurement.
Outside Play
Outdoor experiences can provide an opportunity to explore, discover and appreciate the natural world, as well as be active, strengthen fine and gross motor movement skills, test physical limits and get messy, and is an important part of the daily program for all children, including babies.
